ChessPals Students are Competing in Hamilton Tournament on May 20th!

The Hamilton School is hosting a tournament on May 20th and the ChessPals team is going. ChessPals will cover the $30 registration fee and you can register at the link below or we will be helping you register during class. All interested ChessPals students will meet at the Hamilton School gym and be coached during the tournament by ChessPals teachers. 2023 Hamilton Spring Scholastic Special

Hamilton K-8 School Gym EVENT OVERVIEW This event will be a scholastic in-person tournament, USCF rated, 4 rounds SS G/30;d5. We will have 3 sections: 500+, U/500, and a non-rated section for newer or first-time tournament players. No USCF membership required for non-rated section. First round begins at 10am and will be on a rolling schedule with 5-minute breaks between rounds. Estimated timeframe is 10am-2pm. Trophies to the top 5 finishers in each rated section, and top 3 in the non-rated section.
